- Construction Managers are teamed up with subs on a job-by-job basis.
- Supply chain & Construction Management select the best sub for the specific job at hand.
- Before any work begins; all subs must go through BCI’s safety program and have insurance certificate on file.
- Executed MSA's to protect all parties involved.
- All Subcontractors will be trained in client procedures and specifications prior to any work being awarded.
