Our typical approach is to develop and maintain a database of pre-qualified sites identifying up to three (3) candidate sites for each RF search area. Upon site approval, we will enter into negotiations to lease (or purchase) the preferred site, and obtain necessary zoning and/or formal approvals/permits so that contruction may commence.
