SITE ACQUISITION & ZONING

BCI understands one of the keys to wireless site implementation is excellent site acquisition. We manage and conduct your site acquisition activities in accordance with your requirements. Our typical approach is to develop and maintain a database of pre-qualified sites identifying up to three (3) candidate sites for each RF search area. Upon site approval, we will enter into negotiations to lease (or purchase) the preferred site, and obtain necessary zoning and/or formal approvals/permits so that contruction may commence.

Our specialists handle all site acquisition requirements from researching zoning ordinances, filing permit applications, complex lease negotiations and issuance of applicable permits. Services include pre-deployment/pre- qualification, zoning analysis, site identification, site audits, recommendations, lease acquisition and zoning/permitting administration. These professional and reliable site acquisition services—combined with our abilities to staff large scope projects in addition to our in-house Construction Services group—give our customers a rapid and seamless progression from designated search area to permitted and integrated with our abilities to staff large scope projects in addition to our in-house Construction Services group—give our customers a rapid and seamless progression from designated search area to permitted and integrated cell site.
