Ray Cardonne is our Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Refac Optical Group, a then AMEX-listed company, from August 2000 until February 2007.  Prior to joining Refac in December 1997, Mr. Cardonne was a Vice President at Technology Management & Funding, L.P. from December 1994 through November 1997.  Mr. Cardonne was previously employed by NEPA Venture Funds, an early-stage venture capital firm, the Lehigh Small Business Development Center, and Ford Electronics & Refrigeration Corporation.  Mr. Cardonne received his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University.
